SPORT PERFORMANCE DIVISION
Our sport performance division offers a very comprehensive training program, with performance enhancement, injury prevention and rehabilitation, recovery, personal training, and team training.
We design athletic development programs to unlock the potential of our athletes. We base all of our training on years of experience, on the newest sport science research and scientific data. In addition, we rely on technology during training and for recovery.
Through our training, we emphasize movement proficiency and literacy to improve the performance of our athletes, while also focusing on injury prevention. No matter how great the athlete, injuries happen. We'll talk about preventing them before they occur and recovering safely when they do. We want to keep you on your playing field, and help you get back there as fast as possible after an injury.
Athlete Development Program
The Athlete Development Program or ADP is designed for all athletes with one intention improving sport performance and movement literacy.
All ADP sessions have limited spaces for smaller training groups. Maintaining a smaller coach to athlete ratio allows us to create a semi individualized program based on your strengths and weaknesses. All training programs are based on practical experience and sport science research to improve human performance.
This is the best program for multi-sport athletes, but is suited for all athletes. Our goal is to improve your game and keep you on your playing field. ADP is delivered year round, thus, whether you are in-season or in your off-season ADP is for you. Your program will be adapted for sport's needs and timeline.
