"I freaking love this gym  I love the space, the energy, and especially the people. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. It doesn’t matter your age, size, or fitness level, you feel like you belong the second you walk in. I first joined Lethbridge Fitness Club when I was in my early 20’s at the old location and now I’m 54. I’ve been an off and on member over the years but the amazing thing is it doesn’t matter how consistent you are, every time I come back I’m welcomed just the same. No judgment, just support. This place has always felt like home. It’s more than just a gym. It’s a community and it’s my gym family  So grateful to be a part of it!"
